Our Little House
Quick and easy access to all Oklahoma City has to offer. Close to Baptist Hospital and Bethany Children's Health Center. Easy access to Downtown, Mid-Town and the Plaza District. Amazing food in every direction. If you like Mexican food, try Birrieria Diaz nearby or the taco truck in the medical center parking lot @ 52th and Meridian. Best burritos in town in my humble opinion.

Monthly Rental
When available, we do offer our little house for short term monthly rentals for up to 3 months. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for availability and schedule a showing or submit application.

No smoking In our little house.
No undeclared pets. Pets require an additional $200 security deposit. Pet deposit is not refundable.
Background check is self-submitted through TransUnion Smart Move after application is approved.
Renter's Insurance Policy must be provided.
Lease Period will begin as scheduled and end on same day of the following year. Term will be month-to-month after 1 year.
Parties/Gatherings will not be held in our little house.
No excessive noise that will disturb our neighbors.
Violations of these terms and conditions will be considered in breech of contract and lease agreement will be terminated.
