Our Little House
This is a fully furnished short term rental with all bills paid. Intended for temporary housing or extended stays in the Oklahoma City area. It can be rented nightly, weekly or monthly for up to 3 months. No security deposit required but a credit card must be kept on file.
Rates:$75 a night/$350 a week/$1300 a month
There is a $150 cleaning fee
Pet Deposit is $200 per pet.
$150 per pet deposit is refundable up to a month stay.
2 months $100 per pet deposit refundable.
3 months $50 per pet deposit refund.
Quick and easy access to all Oklahoma City has to offer. Close to Baptist Hospital and Bethany Children's Health Center. Easy access to Downtown, Mid-Town and the Plaza District. Amazing food in every direction. If you like Mexican food, try Birrieria Diaz nearby or the taco truck in the gas station parking lot @ 50th and Meridian. Best burritos in town in my humble opinion.

Monthly Rental
When available, we do offer our little house for short term monthly rentals for up to 3 months. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for availability and schedule a showing or submit application.

Terms and Conditions:
Rental period will not exceed 90 days
No smoking In our little house.
No undeclared pets. Pets require an additional $200 security deposit. Pet deposit will be refundable -$50 per pet.
Credit card will be charged automatically every month for rent and will be kept on file and charged for any unpaid rental fees at daily rental rate, deposits and damages.
Guest acknowledges key code will be issued at check-in and will expire day of check out at noon.
Monthly Rental will begin as scheduled and end on same day of the following month.
Parties/Gatherings will not be held in our little house.
No excessive noise that will disturb our neighbors.
Violations of these terms and conditions will result in immediate denied access to property without refund and forfeiture of all deposits.
Very clean and cozy! Chad and Sarah were very accommodating, if I had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. Spacious back yard, comfortable bed and the kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook a nice meal. There is also space in the spare room for extra belongings. Bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Thank you for having me!
